my professional endeavors include software development, web development, as well as chemical research and development.

## software 👨‍💻⚡🤑

most of my coding so far has been in the form of one-off custom Python GUIs/scripts and VBA macros. most of that stuff was proprietary and not very flashy, but these two packages are both snazzy and open source 😄

py-hplc– a protocol translator for HPLC pumps written in Python
scalewiz– a Python GUI app used for chemical perfomance testing

lately I've been branching out into the .NET ecosystem, as well as learning React for funsies (eg. this site).

most of my chemical expertise relates to synthesis, industrial hydrocarbon / materials analysis, and oilfield-adjacent chemical performance testing.
